REBLL ALL STAR COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

REBLL All Stars (“The Contest”) is an initiative of REBLL – (“The Company”) registered at Watertorenplein 4A 1051 PA Amsterdam. As an affiliate (“Participant”) taking part in The Contest, you agree with the Affiliate Terms and Conditions of The Company, and with the terms and conditions of the contest. The Contest will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

 

Contest Details and Terms and Conditions

Affiliates can win across 5 different categories: Overall Winner (the contestant who generates the most revenue during the competition), REBLL Verified CPL Offers (the contestant who generates the most revenue on Verified CPL Offers), Overall Winner (the contestant who generates the most revenue overall), English Speaking (the contestant who generates the most revenue on the following GEOs: US, UK, AU, NZ), Central Europe (the contestant who generates the most revenue on the following GEOs: AT, BE_FR, BE_NL, CH, CH_FR, DE, ES, FI, FR, GR, IT, NO, PT, SE)  Eastern Europe (the contestant who generates the most revenue on the following GEOs: CZ, RO, SK, HU, PL) and Best Newcomer.

The contest starts on 15 July 2026 and ends on 15 September 2026, CET. Each affiliate or company may only win in one category. If one affiliate wins multiple categories, the next runner-up from those categories will be selected to replace the slot.

The Company offers, as a prize to the winners in each category, an all-expenses-paid trip to Amsterdam from 23 October 2026 to 25 October 2026 (2 nights). A total of 6 winners will be chosen. Each winner must have reached a threshold of $5,000 in revenue generated during The Contest to be eligible for the prize.

Points will be calculated based on the revenue each participant earns with The Company during the contest period. Every $100 in revenue earns one point. If the top 2 Participants have the same number of points, the Participant who has generated more revenue toward the next point as of the last day of the Contest will earn an additional point and will be declared the winner.

 

Prize

Prizes are applicable only during the timeframe 23 to 25 October 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Winners will be chosen based on points earned through revenue (chargebacks / refunds excluded) and additional points earned through boosters within The Contest, confirmed by The Company and generated during the competition—provided the eligibility threshold has been reached per Participant.

Winners will be contacted and informed within a week after the competition ends. If a category winner has not reached the minimum eligibility threshold, The Company reserves the right to appoint a new winner for that category.

In the case of a breach of terms and conditions, or in cases of non-compliance, fraud, or any other form of damage towards The Company and/or its partners, The Company reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the Contest with immediate effect. Once excluded, the Participant may not claim any form of compensation from The Company.

The Participant is solely responsible for all required travel documents.

For all winners, ground transportation from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam to their hotel is provided, as well as transportation from the hotel to Schiphol Airport on the date of their return.

The hotel is selected at the sole discretion of The Company. Each winner will be accommodated in a separate room. All general accommodation costs will be covered by The Company. Any additional costs incurred by the winner (e.g., extra hotel services, phone services, room service, room damages) must be paid by the winner.

Privacy

We respect the Participant’s right to privacy and the confidentiality of their personal information. Information provided will be used for the purposes of this Contest. The Participant is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and/or access to their affiliate account. The Company is not responsible for, and will not compensate, any damages caused by third-party access to their account.

Indemnification

Each party (The Company and the Participant) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party and its employees, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, causes of action, judgments, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities, including legal costs and attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOSS OF USE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST.

The Company retains the right to terminate, adjust, or suspend The Contest in case of extraordinary circumstances including but not limited to fraud, hacking, viruses, or other technical issues that hinder the normal and secure operation of The Contest.

The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from any delay or failure in the performance of The Contest due to force majeure, governmental acts, war, riot, flood, civil unrest, labor disputes, adverse weather conditions, power shortages, internet or third-party service outages, or any other circumstances beyond The Company’s reasonable control.
